I am loving the energy here on BP, I feel very exited and eager to learn as much information as I can that will assist me in my journey.

We are know focused on doing Wholesaling and plan to put ALL our energy into this.  

You will get the best deals if you invest the time and energy into acquiring your own leads. 

The worst thing you can ever do is lose the momentum because she is going to think she can get away with this and put the burden on you when she is the one who needs to redirect that energy into solving the problem of finding your money.

I also manage properties spread from the east side of Cypress down to the energy corridor and none of those properties flooded either.

Even if just to bring tenants for next term... worth the time/energy, might even get one for this term - student who decided the dormitory scene isn't working out for him/her.

If I ever am, I will accept the fact that I might not come out of it "made whole" - meaning I might lose some rent, there may be damage to the property that I cannot collect, I might have a vacancy, I might have to spend time and energy marketing, showing, and re-renting a property that should not have a vacancy.

I’m already talking to a couple and am open to any partnership that can be a solid win-win.I’ve gotten familiar with the local market and have the flexibility, time, and energy to manage deals.

I't was not easy getting this deal it wasn't that much but it was just a sense of energy in my body that made me smile .
