Since then, the crawlspace is as dry as the inside of the house.The point is, you owe it to your tenants, and yourself, to at least find out what the problem is.

And wells are great until the pump or pressure tank goes bad, or the well goes dry and needs to be refracked, or all of a sudden develops a bad iron or sulfur problem.

I honestly don't think caulking around the sink, paint patches from holes on the dry wall, oil hinges, cleaning and basic maintenance would cost that much.

Incredible back country just outside Boise, and lots of snow up high, but pretty warm and Dry in town itself, I hear.Bend, Oregon has Sisters 20 minutes away, which means skiing almost all year round, Deschutes river and beautiful backcountry, and the ocean is not far at all.
