I'm a big fan of the booking sites, and we've been incredibly successful with our homes which are listed on multiple sites but 90% of the bookings come from Airbnb. 

I find that areas in my desired markets zoned for 2-4 flats are being driven up by first-time home buyers looking to be saavy and "house hack".I love the idea, definitely a fan of the theory!!

In this year that we’ve been here, the dryer has broken and leaked on to our first story, we have had a leak in our roof, 2 celling fans have broke, and other little things here and there.

I'm a fan of 30-year loans because I value the flexibility. 

For me, my accountant is a big fan and they encourage all of their business clients to use it.  

@Scott Stover, I'm definitely biased since it's where I invest, but I'm a big fan of Redwood City.

Not a big fan of including all the little fees in my calculations, legal, marketing, etc.A 2/1 in 'C' neighborhood rents for 1800 a month in Westchester? 

It's all fair game, even if you're not the biggest fan of podcasts. 

What does that really speak about your business when you try to run off a fan/subscriber instead of having empathy and addressing the issue?
