I have photos of a recently done full remodel of a 2bd Kihei condo, a portfolio of completed projects, references...I'd be interested in future collaboration on purchases and profitsharing on flips aswell, I can do a large amount of work free, as part of an LLC/LLP.

When you’re looking for a broker make sure that the team you join on with can also help you as an investor and have other investor/agents you can collaborate with.
