I believe such a CPA will be very useful to the new age of Airbnb hosts who have other varied sources of income.Such a CPA will understand what needs to be done in theory and practice!

Would you be willing to share a bit about how you found hosts to allow you to co-host for them?

It is not an online brokerage, but  IS cloud based.

I'm nervous because I've never had a business before and I still have a full-time job as a cloud solutions architect, which I'm really passionate about - so hopefully it won't be my golden handcuffs that may prevent me to thrive as an investor and  I'm excited because of all the benefits and freedoms being a business owner offers, one of which is to connect and collaborate with forums like this and people like all of you, where I can both learn from and hopefully share later as I develop more experience. :-)

Not some bot, or co host, or pm company who hasn't set foot on the property or who knows which restaurant has the coldest beer.

I would suggest an AirDNA report and any other documentation you can get from property managers, other hosts, etc. that support the higher income figure. 

So either AirBnB thinks the new law doesn't apply to the cleaning fee, or they're still planning to do the same with that before July 1.In any case, it appears hosts will still be able to configure whatever fees they like for cleaning, pets, extra guests, whatever.
