My favorite place has been New Orleans!

This is one of my favorite questions to answer.A great analogy comes from a Chris Rock song, "No matter what a stripper tells you, there is no sex in the champagne room."

There are many great shows on there, but my favorites so far are #197 and #222.

We pick one of our favorite restaurants, book the entire place on one of their closed nights or a slow night in January, and invite our work team (plus one guest each) to join us for dinner and a celebration to show our gratitude.Most of our construction/trades contractors don't have health insurance and put off aspects of their health care.

@Karim Zada like many have stated, NOVA is hard to cash flow, a few of the strategies I use in the DC/NOVA area are:1) My favorite because it allows me to purchase before the investor pool of buyers bid up the property.

Hence, I'm curious if there are any updates to the list or if I should just stick to the favorites.

My favorite method however is simple networking.

None of them were done in my head (math was never my favorite subject because you can't talk you way into an answer ;) So with some of you saying that CapEx shouldn't be included, that's got me all sorts of mixed up!
