For the printing, I do 50 at a time, and check the variables of the 1 and 50 (front and end) as an audit to make sure things don't get out of order.

The same applies to "Dealer Status", IRC does not specify a number of deals that make you a dealer, and there is cases where 1 deal was a dealer and 100 deals was not a dealer.Both of these questions will only come up if you are audited, but you better prepare your response now while you have time to provide justification.

In this dream scenario, I have a decent house on the peninsula (which is already difficult to afford, even on an engineer's salary), I'd be living and raising a family with my lovely girlfriend Sammi (don't tell her I'm hoping to propose to her soon), and I'm regularly auditioning for professional shows up in San Francisco, and perhaps even New York occasionally.This won't be possible without a strong strategy and focus in real-estate.
