Everyone expects Landlords to have reserves, but individuals live paycheck to paycheck and nobody questions it or uses them as a warning to others.Every day I see more examples of how this moratorium and "free" money was abused by renters while Landlords are painted as the bad guy.

I will still property manage there, but I warn every one of my PM clients of the excessive costs, time, and hassle, so they buy with open eyes.We also have been required only one time, and in Portsmouth, to get a business license to pull a permit.
