I'm in Orlando and the homes here keep reimagining what can be done with garage spaces, I'd take a look at them for inspiration.If you are happy with your occupancy and rates, just make small adjustments that your competition doesn't offer and maybe you can get a little more per night.

Once open, select your thermostat.Step 2) Tap the settings wheel in the bottom right corner.Step 3) Choose “Temperature Range” from the available options.Step 4) Adjust minimum temp and maximum temp sliders to your desired range.Step 5) Tap "Save" to set range.I don't have a Nest but I did setup an alert on the SmartThings app when things get out of control.

If the tenant is the cause it is on them but I would check that it was adjusted for propane.
