Hello everyone,My Canadian company owns a residential property in California and I want to sell it to my own personal name as I am closing my company.I don't know which professional to consult to help me do the transfer besides my CPA.Can I do the transfer of the deed myself (going to the County Recorder’s Office) and just check with my CPA for taxes due?

I live in California and the housing market is extremely expensive. 

I'm looking at a remote market in GA, while i'm in CA. 

Tbh, if its really that critical to their argument I would just pay an appraiser for a limited scope appraisal which in my area runs about half price because they don't need to visit the property to do it.

Understand what retails properties sell, average prices per sq/ft, types of properties investors are looking for, what rents are, what areas sell the best for investors, what to look for to get accurate rehab estimates, more properties you visit and see in-person the better, and most importantly, dont be lazy! 

Plus it’s an area we frequently visit and pay someone else to stay on their property so we would like to get some personal use out of it as well.
