My dream property is a beautiful wedding venue that is a historic building brought back to life.

It's one of the most popular cities every suburb in Michigan comes to Detroit to get their fill of entertainment, sports, bars, venues, etc.

I've sold a few of them this past year (Charlotte home values went sky high) in order to free up some time and energy to put into a mansion/wedding venue that I bought back in April. 

I have unfortunately received some conflicting advice on the different venues which were later explained as there was no hard fast rule and so could be done different ways.  

Companies are laying off employees as tourism, sports venues, hospitality industry, airlines and others all take major hits.

There's some cool downtown areas, historical sites, and event venues, but definitely not a millennial magnet.

Try the Halsey street area , it's starting to accumulate the hipster restaurants and venues that drive people to an area. 

@Daniel Molina A Folsom meetup was scheduled for Thursday, November 19th however it was canceled last minute due to the meeting venue (Out of Bounds Brewery) suffering a sewer issue that evening.

We are fast outgrowing our meeting venue.
