I want to see what they are thinking of buy I want to see one or two in process then I want to see finished product.

Everyone assumes it's easy...but a real painter will absolutely deliver a far superior product to what any homeowner can do.

I agree with all of this HOWEVER I will say, if you have a unique product to offer to the market, you can attract even the highest quality tenants in the rougher areas, especially if they are secure properties that are close to downtown.
