but i'm seeing 65-70%.and also... as others in this thread noted, despite the hype, hard money lenders don't just hand out 100% of needed funds. 

I'm not expecting any handouts from this community, I would love mentorship I would hope at some point there would be partnership opportunities on deals.

In my experience most getting section 8 ssi and food  stamps are lazy able bodied people wanting a handout not a hand up !

Daniel Saunders I have been to tradeshows for the construction industry, and have been importing construction materials a few times, what I see is the real costs of solar panels are only 5k (from china of course, just choose a reputable supplier from them) when you are importing, another 1k for transport and fees.

There are always tons of people on here willing to hand out great advice for any topic you can think of.

NO ONE will vote to give themselves less money and handouts, even if it's shown that maintaining the program is unfeasible.For example, just look at social security.
