A lot of people are touting things like self-storage or mobile home parks. 

I was pretty damn sure of the answer, but to have an experienced agent throw that bullsh@t out there.. threw me off a bit.

So we do the same thing buy a personal and than rent I tout when we leave.

You will not see many articles touting self-directed IRAs as much because Wall Street loses their fee opportunity.Another thing to think about is not just performance but your tolerance for risk.  

I have to admit, my heart drops a little every time I see a blog or social media post touting a doomsday scenario the impending crash. 

No reason to leave were you live GA is on the up swing especially ATL... grass is not greener.but most of the post will be those that live in a certain area touting their areas..

The two recent *threads* here on BP illustrate creative schemes I've seen touted before.

They are the cards we are dealt for now.The so called "gurus" are touting notes & NPN market as the "holy grail" of investments.

A lot of the members touting turn key are trying to direct you to their turnkey companies they work with and get a referral fee if you invest.
