I have a client who does this model in oil fields in Texas and is making a killing doing it because they are so short in housing to place these oil rig workers.

What I find is landlord and social worker are the same job.

This has been a very tough pill to swallow.

Shoddy work ends up being way more expensive than good work.Folks who don't deal with the budget at their place of work rarely understand is that what you bill the worker, is 2-3 times what you make.

It is a tough market all around @Chris Allen.We are in a holding pattern for our next place waiting to see where interest rates land this year.I am still poking to see what's out there, but overall, nothing nets positive at this time.
