They are too thin (shower pan liner thin) for what I am thinking.I also attempted to find a piece of those Kohler choreograph panel you mentioned so I can see/touch it to get a feel of the texture, finish etc...surprise to find that no one seems to have it in stock to look at, not even a small sample of it.In the mean time, I found that they stock 2'x4' marine grade polymer sheets in 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" thicknesses.
