Having recently resigned from my position as a credit manager, I'm considering real estate investment as an potential career change.I have a BBA and MBA, both in finance, and 20+ years of experience in the energy, technology, and mining sectors doing everything from treasury to financial planning & analysis to M&A integration, which I expect to be helpful in deal analysis.I currently have a fair amount of capital to get started, though some of it has to cover living expenses until I can generate positive cash flow.

Just got an email that the two largest giants of outsourcing will be merging together.I think there's better quality foreigners on Odesk and better American quality workers on Elance.Hope the technology sees a huge boost!

Hi,I was brought to this site via an interesting topic on Investor Verification and how that now works with the JOBS Act coming full force.I am heavily involved in the crowdfunding space and I plan to be very active in the real estate crowdfunding thread, and offering any insights that I can.I think "crowdbuilding" has a major place in this industry, and can't wait to see it grow, let alone see Americans everywhere (non-accredited investors) invest into real estate and become very aware of how fun and rewarding it can be.In turn, it looks like I will learn a lot here about the technology and trends that are happening.
