I have been soaking up as much info as possible for the past few weeks, and am hoping to find a mentor in the Oklahoma City area.

Fortunately we don't get very deep freezes here in Tokyo like they get further North, but - raw concrete does soak up quite a bit of water, so I'm betting it would eventually get through.

Hello,I've been soaking up some great information from these forums for a while, and decided to become a (hopefully) productive member.I'm a Soldier looking at retirement in about 5 years.

I have been doing a lot of reading about the industry, listening to podcasts and just really soaking up all info I can.I'm interested in doing some rehabs or new builds in "low income" areas.

I love learning and am soaking up as much info as possible.  

I've been reading and soaking up a ton of info from BP on a daily basis.

Soak up all the glorious free education and learn, learn, learn. 

I'm entirely new to the concept of real estate investing but I'm intrigued and I'm soaking up info like a sponge to see if this is something I'm cut out for.
