According to a conversation that I had with a realtor, he said that inventory that is reasonably priced are flying off the shelves right now in my area.

One had a 12'x12' room with organized tubs stacked 3 high, and another room 5x10 with shelves of new toys never opened.

To me, this is one of the most important features of the system - wholesaling is laden with charlatans and unscrupulous operators.  

It's been a while but just got one that tickled me... young couple wandering through, telling me they need a yard because their 'puppy' is just TOO BIG for the apartment and exclaiming to each other about the built in shelving that will allow them to put stuff up high where puppy won't DESTROY it.

If for example it is shown a 3 bed and 2 bath sitting on an acre with a ranch style house for 250k is flying off the shelves then that is a target in your market.

One of my duplexes is stuck with 18" vanities so some extra shelves and towel bars helped me there.

Bathroom- to the right of the pedestal looks like it should be a closet, why isn't it, use a bifold door and make it a closet (a pedestal sink with no storage not a good choice for the only bath)The extra window spaces should go unless they lend themselves to putting some built in shelves.

(some examples, bathroom fan/vent was not working great....so I replaced it, ripped screens..replaced them, water leaking out of glass sliding shower doors....fixed that, I even helped them hang some shelves they couldn't get into the drywall!)

I had to find shelves to put in the bathroom under the sink.
