No skin off my tail any way you look at it, but the middle class and poorer aren't just losing the war, you're going to get creamed! 

These people, fringe operators, are trying to get sellers to take less and less for their properties, shave off some equity in their pockets, and pass the deal on.

I would guess that I am most likely not getting the cream of the crop deals in the emails and that maybe those are getting snatched up earlier. 

Buy a list where you can shave down the details to exactly what you're looking to buy.

Additionally, you can ramp up the principle paydown and shave 8+ years off of the mortgage by making one additional mortgage payment per year.

I have recently come across a strategy that would shave my mortgage from 30 years down to 10ish years.

Once you change the locks per the legal eviction date (you can change the locks sooner than the official eviction date if the tenant (s) have moved out prior to the eviction date) you have taken legal procession of the property back.
