My preference would certainly to be able to find 1 person, who is reliable, sharp, and knowledgeable but afraid that they may not have the appropriate background and knowledge/connections when crossing neighborhoods (about 1-2 hours apart)

I bet if you looked at it, with the rise of sites like Zillow, there has been a sharp rise in agents getting both side of the sales.  

Obviously to make this happen, I need a great agent, a sharp inspector and a reputable and honest property manager.

We have other sharp and qualified people who have low post counts, so that's out. 

And it will make you sharp.
