How are you going to refinance before the grace period is up.In the past, when I read people on BP or hear stories of people using credit cards for real estate and then share their story of how they defaulted or went bankrupt, my response is usually not very polite and it is somewhere along the lines of "oh really, would have never expected that to happen", and it goes on the list between rubbing a polar bears belly and getting mauled and sending $1M to my nigerian cousin in order to collect my inheritance and not getting anything back.

I want something I can search my transactions and organize with detail.

Preferably this would not be relatives, but would be employers, church leaders, community organizations, etc. 

I'm looking for responsive, organized, with at least a couple years of experience.

I’m not looking to make a quick buck with this investment (I purchased presale and already about $100,000 in equity as a result) Just was hoping to find another member of this forum that has also invested in Tulum and has good PM contacts that can handle everything for me and an organization where I can verify how they manage their other STR’s and see the reviews left by other guests.

Current owners use RUBS for other items.

You really need to be organized and ready to stay on top of people or they will lose you money.

The seller does not have any family and will be leaving all of his assets to various nonprofit organizations in the local area.
