I've been farming a subdivision called westview terrace in the spring branch area of houston.

With the proper Heights alcohol ban lifted in the last few years we're also seeing more businesses opening that previously were suppressed farther south down by Rice Military because of alcohol sales.

The only exception that is White Center but I am not sure if you can still find any 1% rule properties.If you're looking for path of growth for rapidly increasing appreciation due to zoning and density changes, the areas to look at are Beacon Hill, First Hill, Columbia City, Rainier, Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood (where sound transit is going).

It wouldn't be like Sunshine Terrace or anything.

I lived in Silver Lake/ Echo Park and the house appreciated quickly.I suggest the following areas for decent living, Atwater Village, Echo Park, Mount Washington, Eagle Rock, Tujunga, Glassel Park, Monrovia, Montrose, Lake View Terrace, Cerritos, Elysian Valley.Each area has its good and bad sections.
