or a multi unit, alot changes with multis and such, Also generally investment property even with banks arent going to be at the prime rate or rate owner occupants would recieve, if you could get a private lender at 8% your probablly not going to get much better with the bank, plus in my opnion building a relationship with this private lender would be worth keeping the loan with them long term if they would allow that.

If your talking about the home buyers credit as long as you qualify you should recieve the credit. 35000 would be 3500 in credit, keep in mind this is for your primary residence only.

Or some version of both.2- Wealthy foreigners, These buyers tend to cash as they dont qualify for loans so they buy all cash but bear in mind many of them will recieve their money in an account out oftheir country and will not pay income taxes, so that bolsters their returns abit.

You have the right to show the property with proper notice as defined by state law and your lease so exercise your rights. have the showing dates out far enough that they will recieve the mailing with 24 hour notice as well as the posting on their door.As I look again at your original post I see they have not paid either.
