@Toan Nguyen I recently refinanced my rental home and shopped Quicken/Rocket Mortgage, my credit union, and a “0 closing cost lender” and ultimently decided to go with Quicker/Rocket Mortgage.

As a police officer, shouldnt you have some sort of training in conflict resolution?

I'm in Arizona I buy 150K homes and under which sell quicker than the 200k and 300k price ranges.

It should allow you to move through a project quicker, would likely see you continuing to succeed in your W2 position, meeting your obligations at home, and just overseeing your projects (still putting your GC chops to use).

Whereas the partnership portion would allow us to take it down much quicker and with substantially more reserves, but it would more deliberation for each decision to be made on the property.

In Florida, homes with solar panels tend to sell a bit quicker and a tad bit higher on the value range.

@Rodney Phillips BRRRR involves much more work and risk, but if done right it can expand your portfolio much quicker.
