Have been considering/researching house-flipping for a couple of years and am about ready to take the plunge.  

Should I take the plunge or keep looking?

Jude Children's Research Hospital, which essentially abuts Uptown.I agree with @Curt Davis and @Alex Craig about it being hit or miss as you continue to go North, but overall, I'm high on Uptown and everything that's going on around it.Just be sure get in at the right price if you take the plunge!

I do have some concerns or uncertainties because I don't know when exactly I should take the plunge into purchasing a property.

I have taken the plunge to invest within the Uk Housing Market as this is where I am was born and still currently reside.

I can happily tell you that reading so many success stories at BP made me look at what is the upside of buying a rental property made me plunge.
