He plead guilty and was in prison for over a year.

You don't want to be found guilty when sued (personally) if an issue occurred on one of your properties that is titled in your personal name and give the plaintiff an option to take all your personal stuff. 

Two of those items I didn't do (they tagged me for installing windows and new siding, I didn't do either) and one that I'm guilty as charged.

They're still gentrifying, but you can't go two days without some long discussion on the neighborhood FB page about how they feel guilty about it.

"A" has been trying to do research on pleading that have been filed before to determine what defense or counterclaim to plea.

My two cents also is there are a lot of "supposed big buyers " that are just as guilty n don't or can't perform like they state.

I was reading over the testimonies submitted for consideration, MOST from landlords pleading for them to strongly consider the consequences of such an action that damages landlords.

Here are some things that I’ve seen regarding this type of rental: ● The owner never seems to want to run a background check ● they never want them to pay a deposit ● they want to give them “free rent” or a huge discount while they look for a job ● Family or friends become or seem entitled to special requests and take advantage ● Friends or family may hesitate to tell you about maintenance issues because you gave them a break ● They make you feel guilty when you ask for a late fee ● When the property gets damaged, you dont feel comfortable asking for money to make repairs ● Lastly you may have to evict a friend or family member.

I talked to the seller and tried to plead for a extension and she said sorry she changed her mind.
