I am trying to create a cost effective system that I can eventually outsource.

Hi All,Well, I've put together a great CRM with Podio, hired a VA in India, outsourced my mailing, budgeted thousands for direct mail, and am all set to target inherited property in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. 

Are there any "legal geeks" out there that can point me in the right direction on whether or not I should just outsource my online application. erentpayment.com now allows me to setup a whole app system.

I was doing some research and many large banks and national lenders outsource their construction loan review and management to to Granite Loan Management.  

Ryan,I believe outsourcing is something that all business should consider.

Now you can outsource much of the work that would go into managing and taking care of a property.

BUT, we do not do our own repairs - we have a good list of contractors/handy men/etc that we outsource to. 

Do most companies outsource the turns or do in house?

Obviously one day after a few deals, I will outsource to yellow letters and take that load off of the monthly work to be done but for now I'll go in-house.
