Remodeled Primary...Wife is Happy...Infinite ROI

So, you guys know that I never touch a hammer or a brush - I've been vocal about that throughout the years. However, when wife says jump, I say how high - such is the secret to happy marriage...

Wife said let's remodel the house. I said - pick out the colors, honey. And since I was at it, I sanded and refinished the floors too. The floors I outsourced to my guys. The painting is mostly me, although I had a contractor come in and do the ceilings, cause I don't have that kind of time.

Living room:

Kid's bedroom:

Master:

Patrisha's office (my father in law helped with this one):

My office:

Well - I don't have an office, per se. Some days it's the kitchen, while other times (like now) it's my bedroom, and more often than I care to admit...you guessed it - the lavatory...

You could not pay me enough to go paint a rental unit. But, the ROI on happy wife, who appreciates that I stop thinking about business for a week and focus on making the house the way she wants it - priceless!

Done! And now I'm bored again. Perhaps I should go fishing with in AZ with @Serge S.

HAPPY WIFE - HAPPY LIFE!
