I'm a native and have been successful investing because I buy in the right neighborhoods here.  

As a Charlotte native that comes from a background in construction I know how to navigate the neighborhoods and have a unique insight to what to look out for in an investment.

I could even run it for free for several months to get feedback before thinking about charging.Running the crawler, hosting the data, and a basic site are actually really cheap using many of the native AWS services I'm already familiar with.I'll be sure to post back here if I do anything with this :)
