Does anyone have experience offering paid laundry (coin/ credit card at the machine) to multi-family tenants?

I have not used credit cards to finance a flip. 

  $500+ each year for dues is a lot, especially when you're a new agent who is trying to figure out how to pay desk fees, business cards, continuing ed and soul-crushing marketing costs.One piece of particularly irritating bullcrap in the media reporting though (big surprise, right?). 

Credit card statements do NOT count.

I have not used an agent before, and I've heard mixed things about that.My personal strategy has been to make up small business cards or flyers and then have somebody place those in the areas where my tenants are likely to be, such as local grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants, and so on.

Wow Henry, I love that approach.I am just about to get my son on my credit card to start building him a credit score, but the idea of sending your sons to buy stuff and letting them learn life lessons is inspiring! 

I started again 4 years ago and have about $3.4M AUM now but it’s nothing compared to what could have been had I played my cards different 27 years ago.

Agreed it’s illegal at a Federal level but here in Florida they hand out medical marijuana cards to anyone that will buy one.

I now have an LLC with a business checking account and credit card that I just established to separate my business transactions and personal.

I’m in the middle of paying off my car but I’m wondering if I should get another credit card.
