It’s free, easy to use and functional enough to get me by with very little work on my part.I’m getting ready to upgrade because I will be managing for others soon and I’ve been looking at buildium or appfolio which are much more involved and require a lot more time to build out.

you can separately meter the units and have them pay water as a way to cut your expenses. then I would make sure the exterior would draw the eye and interior focus on the money areas (kitchen and baths). functionality of the units is another route to take on the interior.

Wholesale Hacker (podio) I have been leaning towards investor fuse just because of full functionality and integration with call rail and being able to automize the cold calling process with slybroadcast but unfortunately im just not to fond of the monthly subscription!

When the crap hits the fan, pooling of money for deals will absolutely function like a pyramid scheme for some unscrupulous operators...they will rob from Peter to pay Paul, many times without bad intentions.It also takes good internal record keeping to keep from commingling funds.
