@Srinivasan MettaI assume you mean Jacksonville, FL and not Jacksonville, NC.I have two properties where I removed trees.One job cost $1,500 for removal of two trees(one small tree one medium sized tree)another job was $2,300 for removal of two trees(two medium sized trees)I can't understand why trees cost that much to remove.From my understanding, somethings that impact the cost of the tree removal 1) how big the tree is2) is the tree hovering over the house3) How close the tree is to the house or a power line

I would tell her that, as long as she isn't short on rent or caused any major/medium damage since I bought the house and removed all of her belongings (emphasis on removing all of her belongings), I will return her $300 SD within a couple days of her move out.I would be thrilled to give a hoarder 300 bucks to get all their stuff out of a property.
