Listening to the OG's on here lead me to do a deal I probably wouldn't have done if I was just reading the stuff put out by the Young Bucks.

I always advise my clients to be pet friendly in the listing, and most listen. 

Ask it all, and more, and then listen very, very carefully to the answers.And, if your "lender" won't give you the names and phone numbers of at least three recent borrowers, you should run!
