@Frank GrecoIt's difficult to answer this without knowing your facts, circumstances, and goals.If the properties are located in Florida and you're more than likely to move than not, a Florida LLC to hold the properties would be preferable to a New Jersey LLC or Delaware LLC for administrative/overhead purposes.

Hi Everyone -I am looking for a good counter top dealer (i.e Quartz, Marble, Granite) in the North Jersey area (perhaps in Newark?).

I'm from NY originally, still have relatives in Jersey, knew a few wise guys and spent countless nights at the Bada Bing. ;)Anyway, at first blush that deal doesn't sound enticing enough to do a sandwich lease. 

I live in New Jersey and my investing partner in Florida and one of the most important team players we read up on in Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene (highly recommend to those looking to invest long distance and how it'll all be possible) is our agent.

She has made several connections with different entities to get off market properties throughout the state of New Jersey.

Any recommendations on Masons, or Brick pointing work in South Jersey, and if this may affect obtaining a CO?
