On paper the mechanics look easy, but implementation can be very time consuming.For example: I may talk to 50 people in one month looking at say 60 or more properties that can potentially be a good deal.

But, if your goal is to save money by implementing good tax strategies, a great accountant is worth their weight in gold. 

I have seen talk of a "type of" mark to market being re implemented in 2013, after the election, that would force a quick reckoning and some major movements.

Unless the new refi plan the Obama admin is implementing stops the foreclosures.
