Normally we would build in phases, but the site layout, quantity of units and our market analysis, we decided to build the whole location at once.************************************************** ****************************************50 foot setback on Highway side. 

Meaning quality over quantity should be important.

I understand that there are other factors that go into place to ensure harmony within the unit (Like personality, demographics etc.) but my main question is how are you guys finding tenants who will rent by the room?

Quality over quantity ANYtime when it comes to buyers.

Both sides have different lifestyles, both follow the lease rules, and both need to find a way to live in harmony before it all deteriorates. 

@Malia Miyashiro-Harmon I would wait to find an agent until you know exactly what market (e.g. zip codes, counties, etc.), general price range and what types of real estate you're interested in buying (e.g. single family or multi-family, distressed, turnkey, etc.).
