For example we invest in mortgage notes so we have an AI agent that only scans the documents we have and lists and if we asked a question like "who are our top rates attorneys in texas", it will give me the results vs. having to search files.

As JD said, the tenant must list the landlord as "additional interest" on the policy.

Not to mention the very long list of the horrors that density of housing combined with poverty has brought all but 100% of the time over history. 

Always ask, could you be replaced by a realtors listing?

But properties typically end up in the repository list for a reason.

Been listed for 5 months for sale, but it's is a land lease now with 29 years left.
