That’s gorgeous

Even though our wood was gorgeous, I decided to paint our doors and staircase (combo of sanding/staining the treads and painting the balusters & handrail) because I felt leaving them the original darker color would have completely dated the house.

With the understanding tenants have to pick a reasonable color, no hot pink.

Today, 20 years later, it is a gorgeous tree and it's about 25 feet tall with perfect proportions.

Its gorgeous and has increased in price by 15% in one year.Lessons learned?

If you don't do a Subdivision, you lay all of this out and then I come park a Pink used Trailer on the front lot.

It was the only Community I found with pink pavers for the driveways to the front porch, instead of just concrete.
