Nothing good will come from delaying.Every day at goes by, they are building up their "tab" that you will eventually have to reconcile.

It is a nice thought to send a card but not sure if it buys much good will.

I have a good product and finding someone else, just a good, will be no issue.

If you buy right for cash flow, and stay patient good will come your way.

Spending $30 at Target & Goodwill for some silverware/pots & pans seems like a fair trade if you promote it properly and make $150+ per night!

Ok I'm almost willing to give this one to you because wonders can be done with goodwill, garage sales and flea markets.

@Adam Widdicombe it may seem cheap but go to your local Goodwill or thrift shop and pick up more books for $.50. 

See how much of an entrepreneur you really are...perhaps start a business that employs your buddies (like cutting grass and having them do it for you) or flip shoes on ebay, or buy things at goodwill and put them on ebay.

Very different from the typical beach rental but good access to the beaches and Dunedin's cute downtown.Don't know what the long term CF will be but I think it should be pretty good- will post in a few months!
