You might pay for someone else’s vacation or new boat, but I don’t see how it helps you or your family. 

If she does not leave at the end of the lease post a 3 day notice /eviction for failure to vacate.

After about 6mo I ended up meeting the love of my life which opened my eyes to thinking further down the road than I had been previously and although I really enjoy the Casino Marketing game, I soon realized it would not be the best path to achieving my life/financial goals for my future family.
