Phoenix is the fastest growing metro in AZ.The campaign is generating leads, however with my minimal real estate investing experience and limited time from my full time job I feel like I'm not maximizing my opportunity here.The way I see it is I have 2 paths:1.

Because we are vertically integrated, we can streamline operations and avoid many unnecessary costs, ultimately saving our clients money.Another crucial factor to consider is the experience and investment mindset of your PM team.

There is no one with experience in actual real estate high up in the company, which is the problem with most tech companies masquerading as real estate companies (including brokerages).Let me know if you want to know even more. :)

@Emily Shin landlord experience is invaluable for a career in rental real estate.It's not something you may want to do long term, but the experience can help you select and manage PMCs.

In our experience, the #1 mistake landlords make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.

It worked out fine, though each time I got a little less than advertised interest rate (about 9% vs 10%) and I had to send a reminder email to to get my money back, but I did get it back.I ask about others' experience, because I'm still not 100% sure it's not a ponzi. 

Also, if you have construction experience, leverage that when talking to investors.

It is too nuanced and requires capital, experience & focus.  

Besides immediate friends and family who know me, how do I market or introduce myself as a new agent with no experience.
