I am a full time investor working the south eastern MA market & originally from Waltham so I am familiar with Belmont.

Hello,Looking for some advice as to what areas of eastern or central Massachusetts are good for both SFR's and Multi families.

(Eastern WA).

Western mass is cheaper and there is opportunity for growth there with people fleeing the higher priced markets in Eastern Mass.

I was wondering if there was anyone who owns apartments that can share how things are going in the Eastern NM rental markets, Carlsbad or Roswell primarily.

My partners and I found a duplex in Eastern Kentucky that we are trying to start the process to potentially acquire it and make it the first investment property for all of us.
