New Investor in Lexington, KY
Hello everyone!
I’ve been listening to and reading on BiggerPockets for a while now, but never joined the discussion. Now it’s time for me to actually start to contribute.
I am an accountant in the Lexington, KY area. I graduated college in May of 2019 and have been saving and trying to set myself up for a successful entry into real estate. The best time to start is yesterday, so now is as good a time as any I guess!
My partners and I found a duplex in Eastern Kentucky that we are trying to start the process to potentially acquire it and make it the first investment property for all of us. The excitement of finding this potential deal inspired me to make my first post on BiggerPockets and really start to wear my goals for real estate as a badge of honor. So here I am.
I’ve seen multiple other members on here doing great things in the Lexington area, and others in the area who are just starting out as well. Just wanted to jump in and introduce myself as well!

@Kyle Gullett I am in northern KY and currently focus on buy and hold rentals. I am interested in learning more about eastern KY and Lexington area as I want to diversify into more rural/suburban properties. Welcome!
