Hello, I’m looking to open a credit card for my Series LLC.

I can buy a LTR for cash that I can make for than that per year with much less work.I just bought a house at auction that I paid 32k for that will easily rent for $1500/month.

.: We have a long-term rental home with a tenant (a woman with minor kids) who has been renting since last September.

The loan amount itself is going to be a main issue for most lenders at ~$150,000 value, let alone finding a niche product. 

Honestly, if a ton of homes get wiped out (like in CA), who really believes they're going to help you in a timely manner?
