The thing with adwords is not to rush in, you can get burned, I have seen horror stories of people bidding on a broad keyword, not setting their daily limit correctly and losing $2000 in about 3 hrs, and to boot the destination page they were sending all this traffic to was wrong!

But these prices appear destined to rise steeply with the economic recovery, so the opportunity will not last for too long.hmmmm, let's revisit this a year (or even two) from now ... the glut of condos on the market coupled with a very slow recovering economy should provide ample condo 'opportunties' for awhile, imo.

This tends not to be a mobile population and will provide "ballast" for the owner market, offsetting in part the lower homeownership rates among younger households.While the senior population is likely to age in place, if boomers follow the pattern of the preceding generation some 3.8 million will downsize their homes over the next ten years, lifting demand for smaller housing units and having a major impact on the housing markets in preferred retirement destinations.

, the answer is pretty clear to him; "preach the gospel in season and out...determine to know nothing but Christ, and him crucified...go into all the world and make disciples", etc.At the same time, he believes that anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ, is destined for an eternity of darkness and suffering.

I have a team supporting me who has a similar vision so it is destined for success!

In my mind there are levels of success and to be honest success is not a destination but a journey.
