I have used the free trials for propstream and prospectnow, they are great but I was wondering if there were any others to get probate lists, tax delinquent, ect.

So I wanted to ask everyone’s advice on building a partnership agreement with a trial period of me managing the property for 6 months to a year, and afterwards moving to an ownership of part of the equity.

I plan to offer her a mtm lease for 3 months, as to give us a grace/trial period and save me from having a lease start/end in January in upstate NY

Do you do a trial period to see if you click and they work well with your process?

this is very common for milleneal/gen-z born after 1998, netflix generation.basicaly it's much more beyond that: everything is on-demand , no commitment, free trial is ok lifestyle :)

If so, the only good thing I see about that as a first project is that you will learn by trial of fire.
