I'll document everything and File a Small Claims Lawsuit with his Employer's Address.I like the employers address thats clever and to the point.  

I did see some clever wall mount units that are pretty slim, I think those could be a good alternative too.

If the legislature does not figure out some clever way to "extend it without extending it" (which they probably will), because this will create bad PR for their "downtrodden" tenant constituents (many of whom have collected stimulus money, buffed up unemployment, and other public assistance for MONTHS and ignored their rent obligations with no consequences), I am sure the politicians will find some way to drag out all the eviction hearings. 

The nice part is that if you can get it to cash flow, even just a little bit, you burn through principal like [insert clever metaphor which I can't think of right now for some reason].

Is there a linen closet in the hallway? 

We did not use the linens, we stored those and used our own.

@Reggie Dumont Clever, but sounds risky with bad debt instrument.

It depends on whether or not you are painting two coats or switching colors.We always use Home Depot's Satin finish paint and go with like a very light tan or Linen White. 

I need durable linens at a good value price.
