Definitely check out the Marketplace ads on this site as there are many posts from lenders circulating that forum with highlights about the different loan programs they offer!

I'd write a response letter with what you believe to be are fair deductions and send it certified, return receipt. 

IMO the MLS has become too competitive, and has forced me to look at other channels.If you feel that you don't have the time to do your own marketing efforts, I would look at FSBO websites like Craigslist, FSBO.com, forsalebyowner.com and the marketplace on Facebook (I'm serious, it might surprise you).

Really the best way to find out comparable rates is to take a look at the Marketplace here or call around to different lenders. 

In South Korea, for example, if a person(not a certified developer) has a valuable raw land and desires to build apartments without enough money for from building to maintenance, he or she has to meet with designer and architect.

This is more a function of your market place though.

Other Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors who are also landlords will agree and have agreed that the Online version really isn't the best program for Landlords.
