But I have a facebook group for new wholesalers and one of my members (Mel) is a NY real estate attorney who also wholesales and buys from wholesalers and closes deals for wholesalers.

Something will pop up, and it’s important that they have team members to handle a majority of the repairs, and or have recommendations for local companies that can handle what you need3.)

I asked  how many staff members they now have and was surprised to hear its still the same 3 partners with no additional employees or support.

If you're a pro member you can use them unlimited, but if not try to build your own out of a sample. 

The portfolio of homes would do a lot better if the rates weren't trash, and since they are a bigger pockets member they became aware that you can wrap up a bunch of single family homes into a single commercial mortgage (sometimes called a "Blanket Mortgage"), generally if they are geographically concentrated.

However, I'm excited to be a more ACTIVE member moving forward!
